dog breeds prone to seizures

my pug is pregnant so i thought of doing a predelivery shoot... she is pregnant for about 60 days now, which is measured from the day that they ovulate to the day thattheir puppies are born. that's my queen pomeranian..sometimes it'sreally hard to believe that the most of the dogs are abandoned by their owners. i really don't understand with what fantasythey buy dogs and then leave them on the roads.

many poms or not just poms but many dogs areout there needing a secure home and a family to love them. she is one of the abandoned dogs that we hadrescued. but sadly she has developed epilepsy and haveseizures. when my canine experiences her seizures trustme it can be quite a scary event for mummies like me to watch those. it's a horrific experience. i just can't explain it. when she has seizures i will hold my furrybaby by the body by not touching the twitching

area avoiding its mouth and head. i try to calm her down by saying i am therebaby, i am there for you, do not worry nothing is going to happen, i am there for you baby,i love you, i love you.. and i keep pacifying her for a while and i think that will makeher feel better. and i make sure i move her away from anythingthat could hurt her and fall on her. like people, dogs are pregnant for three trimesters, each about 21 days long. dogs are pregnant for an average of 63 dayshowever, a normal pug pregnancy can last anywhere from 60 to 65 days. pugs that are pregnant for longer than 65days need medical attention.

you may not be able to notice any changesin your female pug during the first 3 weeks or any signs of pregnancy. some females will demand more for attention, their teats may enlarge slightly, and some may become hungrier. these are really good signs of pregnancy. remember the most fetal growth occurs in thelast 2 weeks of gestation. so, make sure you know where the nearest vetemergency hospital is located. i am so excited, i just can't wait to cuddlethose puppies. until then take care bye
